Taking Several Pills at Once: One Reminder Instead of Many
Short answer: use an app that reminds per time slot, not per medicine. Pills due at the same time then share one notification, and one tap marks them all taken.
Why you get three notifications
Most reminder apps schedule each medicine on its own, so three pills at 8 PM mean three notifications and three check-offs. A common review: “I get 3 notifications at the same time and I have to mark each medication off individually.”
One notification per compartment
Pilltray groups pills due at the same time into a single notification, such as “Evening box - 3 pills”. Tap Take all on the notification, or Snooze 10 min.
One tap in the app
In the app or widget, tapping the compartment marks every pill in it as taken, with one-tap undo.
