A 28-day plan built for you

Pick your goal (lose weight, move more freely, get stronger or ease aches), areas to go easy on and your pace: slow, steady or lively.

Easy on sore spots

Tell it about your knees, shoulders, lower back or wrists. Moves that load those spots are left out of your plan.

34 seated exercises

Seated and chair-supported moves for arms, legs, core, back and neck. Every exercise has a gentler version.

Short routines

10 routines of 5 to 15 minutes: morning wake-up, seated strength, gentle stretching, evening unwind and more.

Voice guidance

The exercise name, a 3-2-1 count and what comes next are read aloud, so you never need to squint at the screen.

Big timer, rest screens

Large timer and text, rest screens between moves, and pause, skip or go back any time.

Streaks and a calendar

Daily streak and week view, a monthly calendar of workout days, total minutes and longest streak.

Reminders and a widget

Gentle morning and evening reminders (no evening nudge once you have moved), and a widget that starts today's routine in one tap.

FAQ

Is it really free, or do I have to enter my card for a trial?
It is free. There is no trial, no card and no subscription; every routine is open from day one. Seatwell is supported by ads, and ads never appear during a workout.
Can I do it with bad knees or shoulders?
During setup you choose areas to go easy on (knees, shoulders, lower back, wrists) and moves that load them are left out. Every exercise also has a gentler version. Check with your doctor if you have a condition.
Is it suitable for seniors and complete beginners?
Yes. All moves are seated or chair-supported, routines are 5 to 15 minutes, and you can pick a slow pace.
The timer goes too fast for me. Can I slow down?
Choose the slow pace, and use the rest screens, pause, skip or go back whenever you need.
Do I have to keep looking at the screen?
No. The exercise name, a 3-2-1 count and the next move are read aloud. You can turn voice guidance off in Settings.
Do I need equipment?
Only a sturdy chair. You can do it in the living room, the office or your bedroom.
Do I need an account?
No account and no sign-up. Your plan and history stay on your phone.
How do I keep going every day?
Morning and evening reminders, a daily streak and a home screen widget that starts today's routine in one tap.
