FAQ

Is the hospital bag checklist really free?
Yes. The hospital bag checklist, the birth plan, checkup questions and the to-do list are all open. Cradlio is supported by ads at the bottom of the screen, and there is no subscription.
Do I need to sign up or give my phone number?
No. Cradlio has no account and never asks for an email or phone number. Open the app, enter your due date (or skip it) and start planning.
Where is my data stored?
Your checkups, questions and lists are saved only on your phone. You can export a backup file and import it again, for example when you switch phones. The ads SDK may collect device data as described in the privacy policy.
Can I share the plan with my partner?
Yes. Each to-do can be marked Me, Partner or Together, and the hospital bag list, your questions and the birth plan can be shared as text through any messaging app. There is no shared account, so each person keeps their own copy.
What if I don't know my due date yet?
You can calculate it from the first day of your last period, or skip it. Without a due date the week header is hidden, and you can add the date later in Settings. Your care provider can confirm the date.
Will it remind me about my appointments?
Yes, if you want. Each checkup can remind you the evening before and 2 hours before, and you can turn reminders off.
Is Cradlio medical advice?
No. Cradlio is a planning tool with general preparation lists. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow your doctor or midwife for tests, timing and care.
