Count days free from everything you quit.
Most counters let you track one or two habits, then ask you to pay for the next. Quitstack stacks every habit you are leaving behind on one screen, with no item limit, no subscription and no account.

Unlimited habits, one screen
Drinking, cigarettes, vaping, sugar, social media, gambling, caffeine, or anything you name yourself. Add a third, fifth or tenth habit without a paywall.
Day counter for each habit
Days, hours and the next milestone for every habit, side by side.
Daily pledge and check-in
A one-tap pledge in the morning and a 10-second check-in at night.
Free urge log
Tap, rate the intensity 1 to 5, add a note if you want. Urges usually pass within minutes, and your log shows it.
Milestone badges
1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and beyond, plus a shareable milestone card.
Money and time back
Set a daily cost or minutes per habit and watch the total grow.
Slips do not erase you
Log a relapse honestly. The counter starts again and your longest streak stays saved. Your start date never resets by itself.
Private by default
No sign-up, no community feed, no cloud. Everything stays on your phone. Gentle reminders can be turned off.
FAQ
- Do I have to pay to track an additional item?
- No. Quitstack has no item limit and no subscription. Every habit, the urge log and the badges are free. The app is supported by ads.
- Can I pay nothing and still log an urge?
- Yes. The urge log is free: one tap, an intensity from 1 to 5 and an optional note.
- I just want a tracking clock. Do I have to answer a lot of questions?
- No. Pick a preset or type a name, set a start date and the counter starts. Cost and time are optional.
- Will my start date reset by itself?
- No. Only you change it. You can edit the start date any time, and logging a relapse keeps your longest streak saved.
- Do I need an account? What if I change phones?
- There is no account. Your data is stored only on your phone, so nothing is lost to a login problem, and nothing leaves your device.
- Is there a community or chat?
- No. Quitstack is a private tracker with no feed, posts or moderation.
- Can I track several habits at the same time?
- Yes. That is what Quitstack is built for. Each habit has its own counter, milestones and savings on one screen.
- Is Quitstack a treatment?
- No. It is a self-tracking tool and does not give medical advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a doctor or a local support line.
